Refund Policy

Cancellation Terms

At 251 Logistic Services LLC, we prioritize client satisfaction and aim to provide services that meet your expectations. If you find our coordination services unsatisfactory, please notify us within 48 hours of service completion for consideration of a refund. The refund request will be reviewed based on the terms of your service agreement, and we will do our best to accommodate legitimate concerns.

Cancellation Notice Requirements

Clients must submit a written cancellation notice at least 24 hours before the scheduled service for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the service will incur a 50% cancellation fee as outlined in your agreement. Ensure to communicate any changes as soon as possible to facilitate our rescheduling efforts.

Refund Processing Timeframes

Refund requests, once approved, will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued through the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please account for your bank's processing time for the funds to reflect in your account.
